In honour of your Indian techhi - there's a great Indian recipe where you saute them whole in ghee (cairfied butter) and Kalonji (find this spice in the Indian Grocery store)till they're browned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. That spice is the perfect compliment to the slightly bitter brussel. But I'm gonna give your recipe a try as I love the ease of baking things. Oh and luckily my husband is a techie so we have the "Entertainment Centre" in the living room. My favorite gadget is definitely my iPod - especially for teaching yoga classes. I love brussel sprouts.
