		<description>Thanks for sharing Deanna! I love that your kids asked what you do at the gym for fun...what a great reminder for us grownups - yes, exercise can be fun!  As our children grow we&#039;ll be able to do more and more with them - bike riding, hiking, skiing, swimming, etc.  It&#039;s so great that you are inspiring them early on.   Keep it up!</description>

		<description>I agree with your sentiments.  I often pick the kids up from their mom&#039;s morning out program and we head to the soccer field and practice.  They also are very proud of the fact that I&#039;m an amateur runner and they always want to know what I &quot;do at the gym for fun&quot;.  The park near our house has a small dirt track. I will run the kids there in the double-jogger and then the run laps on the track before we leave, usually with me chasing them.  So much fun to include kids in fitness this way!  I wish I had a 10th of the energy they seem to have.</description>
