Practice Video: Yoga for the New Beginner

If you are new to yoga, or it’s been a while since you last gave it a try, here is a great beginner practice, courtesy of my favorite yoga practice site, Yogatoday.com.  Although it is best to attend a beginner class with an instructor who can assist you with alignment and proper form, this is a great way to try yoga at home.  No cost, no schedules, no anxiety…..NO EXCUSES!  I hope you enjoy this practice video and you visit Yogatoday.com for more.  Namaste!

Love YogaToday. I do their routines all the time. I like that the free one hour class is changed weekly exposing me to new and wonderful things. As well their blog offers great shorter, more focused workouts. The only challenge is making sure there is enough room beside my computer for my yogamat. Move the chair yet again!

Ha ha! That’s where a laptop comes in handy! I bring it down to my “zen den” in the basement and it’s like having my own private instructor. Yoga Today is great!
